Welcome to Life in Balance Concierge. By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies apply to all clients engaging with our virtual concierge services.
1. General Terms
1.1 Life in Balance Concierge provides virtual concierge services only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2 Services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.
1.3 We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our expertise or availability.
1.4 Any misuse, abusive behavior, or failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of services.
2. Booking & Payment Policies
2.1 For services under £100: Full payment is required upfront to secure the booking.
2.2 For services over £100: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due one day before the final delivery date unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
2.4 Service requests are only confirmed once payment is received (full or deposit) and the service agreement is signed.
2.5 Custom service requests may be subject to separate pricing.
Late Payments
2.6 If the final payment is not received by the due date, the final deliverables will not be provided until payment is made.
2.7 If payment is not received within 5 days of the final due date, Life in Balance Concierge reserves the right to terminate the agreement, and the client forfeits any payments made.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Cancellations within 48 hours of booking: Deposits are non-refundable. If full payment was made upfront, the client is eligible for a 50% refund.
3.2 Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.
3.3 No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for clients who fail to respond or provide necessary details within 5 business days.
4. Service Execution & Client Responsibilities
4.1 Clients must provide all necessary details, preferences, and approvals within the agreed timeframe.
4.2 Delays in client responses or approvals may impact service timelines, and Life in Balance Concierge is not responsible for delays caused by the client.
4.3 If additional work is required beyond the agreed service scope, additional charges may apply.
4.4 Life in Balance Concierge provides recommendations and research based on experience but is not liable for third-party services, product availability, or vendor performance.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
5.1 Any personal information shared with Life in Balance Concierge is kept strictly confidential.
5.2 We do not share or sell client details to third parties without consent.
5.3 Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary templates, research, or resources provided during the service.
6. Termination of Services
6.1 If Life in Balance Concierge terminates the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a full refund or a reschedule at no extra cost.
6.2 If a client fails to provide necessary information or is unresponsive for 5 business days, Life in Balance Concierge reserves the right to terminate the service without a refund.
7. Communication & Support
7.1 Preferred communication channels: [WhatsApp/Email/Phone].
7.2 Business hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Life In Balance Concierge can try to accommodate clients outside of standard hours upon request.
7.3 Clients are expected to respond within a timely manner to ensure smooth service execution. 7.4 Additional consultations or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
9. Liability Disclaimer
8.1 Life in Balance Concierge provides information, research, and recommendations but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
8.2 We are not responsible for:
Third-party services, availability, or pricing fluctuations.
Client decisions made based on our research or advice.
Any financial, personal, or business consequences resulting from the service.
8.3 The client agrees that Life in Balance Concierge is not liable for any losses, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from services provided.
9. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
9.1 Life in Balance Concierge is not liable for service delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters, power outages, or internet failures.
Illness, emergencies, or legal restrictions affecting service delivery.
Third-party vendor cancellations or unexpected changes.
9.2 In such cases, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By engaging with Life in Balance Concierge, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. These policies are subject to updates, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
